How does booking through WhatsApp work?

Is a quoted fare guaranteed?
Airfares can change until a ticket is issued. We’ll tell you how long a quote is likely to hold and issue the ticket as soon as you confirm.
Can you book trips that start overseas?
Yes. Put the overseas city in the From field, for example a parent flying Colombo to Sydney, and we’ll quote it the same way.
Can you help with my Australian visa application?
We give general guidance on the different Australian visa types and how the process works. We are not registered migration agents, so we can’t give advice on your circumstances or prepare or lodge an Australian visa application for you. For that, use a registered migration agent from the OMARA register or apply directly with the Department of Home Affairs.
What do I need for a citizenship application?
Usually your passport, evidence of identity, photos and an identity declaration. Our citizenship page lists the steps, and we can check your residence dates before you apply.
